Management and Supervision

Benchmark Cleaning Services put the management and supervision of its entire contract as a major priority so as to maintain the very apex standard of cleaning.

The company is bounded with a policy of one contract, one motivated services team, one manager backed by a unique management hands on approach.

For further assessment of the specification of your facility, we will ensure that provisions are made for a permanent supervisor to be based on site, and in addition for the area manger to visit the site daily.

We will also ensure quarterly audition of the site by the British Institute of Cleaning Science while cleaners are at work. This will be done to allow for the maintenance of the highest possible standard.

Quality Assurance

To achieve and maintain a high standard of cleanliness by operating controls which will result in consistent service throughout the life of the contract.

The quality of services will be checked and recorded. We will include a quarterly questionnaire to comment on all areas of service, not only pertaining to cleaning but customer services as well. On start of contract all items that is required to be cleaned will be enlisted and we will want you to score us on the specifications quarterly on the scale of 1 to 5.

A random check inspection using the same system will be carried out by the operations manager to check their areas.
